Financialee Storefronts privacy policy

Last updated: 4 October 2026

Financialee Storefronts is operated by Nathan Lee for his private storefront workspace. Contact nates.storefronts.fiverr@gmail.com about this connection or its data.

Google access and purpose

The connector requests https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.readonly. This permission allows reading Gmail data; the current implementation restricts its requests to the connected mailbox’s profile and a bounded set of recent Fiverr/Etsy notification metadata. It requests sender, subject and date headers, message identifiers, received time and unread status, from the last 30 days, with at most 30 notifications in a sync. It does not request message bodies or attachments.

The mailbox email address is checked to confirm the account Nathan intended to connect. OAuth tokens permit the server to refresh authorized access and check notifications approximately every five minutes.

Use and storage

Notification headers and connection status are stored in a restricted directory on Nathan’s VPS and displayed inside the authenticated private workspace. The latest snapshot is replaced on synchronization. If a sync fails, its previously successful snapshot is retained with its date and failure status.

OAuth credentials and tokens are stored in restricted server files. They are not displayed in the dashboard, included in model prompts or printed by the monitoring checks. Connections to Google use HTTPS.

The automatic overseer mailbox facts contain only connection state, dates and aggregate counts. These minimized facts may be processed by the workspace’s configured AI service to support internal reporting. Raw notification subjects, sender headers, bodies and attachments are not supplied through that automatic facts connection. The server separately uses notification subjects to recognize possible new platform messages and request owner review; email notifications do not establish paid orders.

Owner-action history, connection facts, notification delivery records and message-ID watermarks may be retained separately for operational continuity. Push notification providers receive a generic request to open Financialee; lock-screen text does not contain mailbox headers or customer message content.

Google data is not sold or used for advertising by this connector. Financialee Storefronts’ use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Disconnecting and deleting

Choosing Disconnect mailbox in Financialee removes the live local OAuth tokens and mailbox snapshot. To revoke Google’s permission as well, remove Financialee Storefronts from the Google Account’s third-party connections. Disconnecting does not delete messages from Gmail.

For deletion of retained operational summaries, watermarks and notification history, contact Nathan at the address above. Do not send an OAuth token, client secret or password in a deletion request.

Changes

Any future sending, mailbox management or expanded content processing requires updated implementation, disclosures and the appropriate owner authorization. This policy must be updated to reflect those changes before they are enabled.
